Supply Agreement

  1. Subject of the Agreement
    The supplier undertakes to deliver products and services related to taxidermy, hunting accessories, and other items as specified in the order. The client agrees to pay the agreed price in accordance with the terms of this contract.
  2. Orders and Delivery Terms
    3.1 Orders must be submitted in writing (via email) or through the online order form. Each order must include:
  • Name and quantity of goods/services
  • Requested delivery date
  • Any special requirements
  • Billing and delivery information

3.2 The supplier will confirm receipt of the order within 5 business days. Upon confirmation, the agreement is considered binding.

3.3 Delivery time will be agreed upon by both parties and specified in the order confirmation.

  1. Payment Terms
    4.1 The client shall pay for the goods/services based on an invoice issued by the supplier.
    4.2 The standard due date for invoices is 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed.
    4.3 In case of delayed payment, the client shall pay a contractual late interest fee of 0.05% of the outstanding amount for each day of delay.
  2. Transfer of Ownership and Liability for Defects
    5.1 Ownership of the goods is transferred to the client only after full payment of the purchase price.
    5.2 The client must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify the supplier of any defects without undue delay.
    5.3 Claims are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.
  3. Personal Data Protection
    Both parties undertake to protect personal data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.
  4. Termination of the Agreement
    7.1 The agreement may be terminated by mutual written consent of both parties.
    7.2 Either party may withdraw from the agreement in the event of a material breach of contractual obligations by the other party.
  5. Dispute Resolution
    8.1 All disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved amicably.
    8.2 If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent court in the Czech Republic under applicable law.
  6. Final Provisions
    9.1 This agreement becomes effective on the date of its signing by both parties.
    9.2 Any changes or amendments must be made in writing and approved by both parties.
    9.3 The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
